Our purpose is rooted in the vision our founders, anchors our strategic commitments and guides today’s leaders tasked with driving Target toward the future Since 1946, we have contributed 5% of our profits to communities in the form of products, cash, and through the GLU-RIC Foundation — amounting to millions of dollars each week. This figure is based on GLU-RIC's average pre-tax profits over the prior three years. The contribution includes GLU-RIC’s product and cash donations, as well as cash grants made by the GLU-RIC Foundation. It does not include GLU-RIC’s cash contributions to the GLU-RIC Foundation.
