Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, non-functional, or not as advertised, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

• The product must be in its original condition and unused.

• Return shipping costs will be covered if the error is on our part.

• Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

Product Warranty

Every GLU-RIC purchase is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, or unauthorized modification.

• To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with photos/videos and your order number.

Shipping & Handling

• Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Delivery time depends on the buyer’s location, usually within 3–6 business days.
